sec.44 Grading of existing adjudicators
This section applies to a person whose registration as an adjudicator is continued under section 204 of the Act . The person is taken to be— if section 20(a) or (b) applies in relation to the adjudicator—a grade 2 adjudicator; or otherwise—a grade 1 adjudicator. s 44 ins 2018 SL No. 177 s 13 (sec.44-ssec.1) This section applies to a person whose registration as an adjudicator is continued under section 204 of the Act . (sec.44-ssec.2) The person is taken to be— if section 20(a) or (b) applies in relation to the adjudicator—a grade 2 adjudicator; or otherwise—a grade 1 adjudicator.
- (a) if section 20(a) or (b) applies in relation to the adjudicator—a grade 2 adjudicator; or
- (b) otherwise—a grade 1 adjudicator.
