sec.41 Existing prescribed payments for deposits to project bank accounts for Act , s 28

This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a payment— was to be made because of an adjudication of a payment claim mentioned in previous section 6(1); and had not been made. The payment is prescribed as a payment for section 28 (e) of the Act . s 41 ins 2018 SL No. 177 s 13 (sec.41-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a payment— was to be made because of an adjudication of a payment claim mentioned in previous section 6(1); and had not been made.
