sec.35 Registrar may grant exemption on condition
This section applies if the registrar grants an exemption because the applicant has been unable to decide adjudication applications for a period. The registrar may grant the exemption on the condition the adjudicator complete a stated number and type of CPD activities within a stated period after the adjudicator resumes deciding adjudication applications. s 35 ins 2018 SL No. 177 s 17 (sec.35-ssec.1) This section applies if the registrar grants an exemption because the applicant has been unable to decide adjudication applications for a period.
