sec.33 Requirement for further information
The registrar may, by written notice, require the applicant to give the registrar further information to establish the ground on which the application is made. The notice— must state— the information required; and the day, at least 14 days after the notice is given, by which the information must be given; and may state the way the information must be given. If the notice does not state the way the information must be given, the applicant must give the information in writing. If the adjudicator does not give the registrar the further information by the end of the day stated in the notice, the application is taken to be withdrawn. s 33 ins 2018 SL No. 177 s 17 (sec.33-ssec.1) The registrar may, by written notice, require the applicant to give the registrar further information to establish the ground on which the application is made.
