sec.10J Information for direction to financial institution— Act , s 55C
For section 55C (2) of the Act , the following information is prescribed— that the direction is given under section 55C of the Act ; the following details of the trust account to which the direction relates— the name of the account; the identifying number of the financial institution (BSB) where the account is kept; the account number for the account; the period for which the direction applies . s 10J ins 2020 SL No. 241 s 15
- (a) that the direction is given under section 55C of the Act ;
- (b) the following details of the trust account to which the direction relates— (i) the name of the account; (ii) the identifying number of the financial institution (BSB) where the account is kept; (iii) the account number for the account;
