sec.10I Agreements between commission and financial institutions— Act , s 55
For section 55 (3) (c) of the Act , the following information is prescribed— arrangements for giving information to the commissioner about account details; arrangements for giving information to the commissioner when a trust account has been opened, closed, transferred or had it’s name changed; how information to which the agreement applies is to be given to the commissioner; the frequency with which information to which the agreement applies must be given to the commissioner. s 10I ins 2020 SL No. 241 s 15
