sec.10C Information for notice about change of financial institution— Act , s 34C
For section 34C (1) (c) of the Act , the trustee must inform a contracted party about the transfer of a retention trust account to an alternative financial institution by giving the contracted party a written notice stating the information stated in schedule 1AA , part 6 about the account. s 10C ins 2020 SL No. 241 s 15
