sch.1AA-sec.7 Notice to commissioner about closing project trust account
The following information must be included in the notice— the name of the trustee; the name of the account; the name of the financial institution where the account was kept; the identifying number of the financial institution (BSB) where the account was kept; the account number at the financial institution; the date the account was closed.
- (a) the name of the trustee;
