sch.1AA-sec.2-oc.2 Notice about withdrawal to deposit an amount in a retention trust account for the benefit of a subcontractor beneficiary
The following information must be included in the notice— the amount to be deposited in the account; identification of the payment claim for the deposit, if any; the name of the account (the deposit account ) into which the deposit is to be made; the name of the financial institution where the deposit account is kept; the identifying number of the financial institution (BSB) where the deposit account is kept; the account number, at the financial institution, for the deposit account; the date the amount was or is to be deposited into the deposit account; the total retention amounts held in the account, when the notice is given, for the beneficiary under the contract to which the withdrawal relates.
- (a) the amount to be deposited in the account;
- (b) identification of the payment claim for the deposit, if any;
- (c) the name of the account (the deposit account ) into which the deposit is to be made;
- (d) the name of the financial institution where the deposit account is kept;
- (e) the identifying number of the financial institution (BSB) where the deposit account is kept;
- (f) the account number, at the financial institution, for the deposit account;
- (g) the date the amount was or is to be deposited into the deposit account;
- (h) the total retention amounts held in the account, when the notice is given, for the beneficiary under the contract to which the withdrawal relates.
