sch.1AA-sec.1-oc.8 Notice about deposit of retention amount into retention trust account
The following information must be included in the notice— the amount to be deposited in the account; identification of the payment claim for the deposit, if any; the name of the account; the name of the financial institution where the account is kept; the identifying number of the financial institution (BSB) where the account is kept; the account number at the financial institution for the deposit account; the total retention amounts held in the account, when the notice is given, for the contracted party under the contract to which the deposit relates; the date the amount is deposited in the account.
- (a) the amount to be deposited in the account;
- (b) identification of the payment claim for the deposit, if any;
- (c) the name of the account;
- (d) the name of the financial institution where the account is kept;
- (e) the identifying number of the financial institution (BSB) where the account is kept;
- (f) the account number at the financial institution for the deposit account;
- (g) the total retention amounts held in the account, when the notice is given, for the contracted party under the contract to which the deposit relates;
- (h) the date the amount is deposited in the account.
