sch.1AA-sec.1-oc.7 Information about notice of retention trust
The following information must be included in the notice— the name of the retention trust account; the name of the financial institution where the retention trust account is kept; the identifying number of the financial institution (BSB) where the retention trust account is kept; the retention trust account number at the financial institution; information identifying the contract to which the retention trust relates.
- (a) the name of the retention trust account;
