sch.1AA-sec.1-oc.5 Notice about opening retention trust account
The following information must be included in the notice— the name of the trustee; the name of the account; the name of the financial institution where the account is kept; the identifying number of the financial institution (BSB) where the account is kept; the account number at the financial institution; the date the account was opened.
