sch.1AA-sec.1-oc.3 Notice of project trust
The following information must be included in the notice— the name of the project trust account; the name of the financial institution where the project trust account is kept; the identifying number of the financial institution (BSB) where the project trust account is kept; the project trust account number at the financial institution; information identifying the contract to which the project trust relates.
- (a) the name of the project trust account;
