#### 8 Accounting period A reference in this Act to an accounting period of a printer of books or a publisher of books shall be construed as a reference to: (a) where the printer or publisher has an accounting period in relation to those books of 12 months commencing on a day other than 1 July—that accounting period; or (b) in any other case—a financial year.
