96Draft review report

#### 96 Draft review report (1) After completing a review, the Inspector‑General must prepare a draft report (a draft review report) on the review and give it to the Director of Biosecurity. (2) The draft review report must set out: (a) the subject and findings of the review; and (b) the information and other material on which those findings are based; and (c) any recommendations resulting from the review. > Note: Certain material must not be included in a draft review report (see sections 98, 99, 101 and 102). (3) Within 28 days after receiving the draft review report, the Director of Biosecurity must give the Inspector‑General comments on the draft review report. The Director of Biosecurity may also give the Inspector‑General further information in relation to the subject of the review.
