#### 92 When reviews are to be conducted (1) The Inspector‑General must conduct reviews in accordance with the current annual review program. (2) The Inspector‑General is not subject to direction by the Agriculture Minister or the Director of Biosecurity in relation to: (a) the way in which a particular review is to be conducted; or (b) the priority to be given to a particular review.
