86 Dealing with applications
Initial consideration period (1) For subsection 435(3) of the Act, the initial consideration period for an application is: (a) if the application requires scientific or technical advice to be provided to assess the application—120 days; or (b) in any other case—90 days. Maximum period for giving further information or documents (2) For paragraph 435(6)(b) of the Act, the period is 60 days.
