#### 85 Information to be included in applications For paragraph 434(1)(b) of the Act, an application must include the following information: (a) the applicant’s name; (b) contact details for the applicant; (c) the proposed biosecurity activities to be carried out by the applicant; (d) the proposed places where the biosecurity activities are to be carried out; (e) if the application is for approval of a varied approved arrangement—details of the proposed variations of the arrangement.
