80Transfer of approved arrangement

#### 80 Transfer of approved arrangement (1) For section 411 of the Act, this section prescribes the circumstances in which an approved arrangement may be transferred to another person. (2) If the biosecurity industry participant covered by the approved arrangement dies, the arrangement may be transferred to the legal personal representative of the biosecurity industry participant. (3) If the biosecurity industry participant covered by the approved arrangement is a body corporate in relation to which a receiver has been appointed, the arrangement may be transferred to the receiver. (4) If the biosecurity industry participant covered by the approved arrangement is a body corporate of which an administrator has been appointed under section 436A, 436B or 436C of the Corporations Act 2001, the arrangement may be transferred to the administrator.
