53 Persons on incoming aircraft or vessel required to provide information to assess level of biosecurity risk
For paragraph 196(1)(b) of the Act, the following classes of person are prescribed: (a) persons who were, are, or will be, passengers on an incoming aircraft or vessel; (b) persons who were, are, or will be, members of the crew of an incoming aircraft or vessel; (c) the person who was, is, or will be, the person in charge of an incoming aircraft or vessel.
