51 Exceptions to requirement to give pre‑arrival report—vessels
The operator of a vessel that is intended to enter, or that enters, Australian territory is not required to give a report under section 193 of the Act if: (a) the vessel is not intended to be moored at a port in Australian territory or to be stationary at any place in Australian territory; or (b) the vessel is an exempt exposed conveyance.
