#### 50 Exceptions to requirement to give pre‑arrival reports—aircraft
Report under subsection 193(1) of the Act
(1) The operator of an aircraft that is intended to enter, or that enters, Australian territory is not required to give a report under subsection 193(1) of the Act if:
(a) at the time the report is required to be given, there is no information to give; or
(b) the aircraft is not intended to land at a landing place in Australian territory; or
(c) the aircraft is an exempt exposed conveyance.
Report under subsection 193(1A) of the Act
(2) The operator of an aircraft that is intended to enter, or that enters, Australian territory on a non‑scheduled flight is not required to give another report under subsection 193(1A) of the Act if:
(a) the aircraft is not intended to land at a landing place in Australian territory; or
(b) the aircraft is an exempt exposed conveyance.
