#### 40 Information that must be included in application for permit to bring or import conditionally non‑prohibited goods into Australian territory For paragraph 177(2)(b) of the Act, an application for a permit to bring or import conditionally non‑prohibited goods into Australian territory must include the following information: (a) the applicant’s name; (b) the applicant’s physical address in Australia; (c) the applicant’s Australian Business Number or Australian Company Number (if applicable); (d) a description of the goods to which the application relates; (e) the information required by the form approved under paragraph 177(2)(a) of the Act; (f) if the application is submitted by a person (the agent) acting on behalf of the applicant: (i) the agent’s name; and (ii) the agent’s physical address (which may be in a foreign country); and (iii) the agent’s Australian Business Number or Australian Company Number (if applicable).
