37Draft BIRA review report

#### 37 Draft BIRA review report (1) After completing a review of the process of conducting a BIRA, the Inspector‑General must prepare a draft report (a draft BIRA review report) on the review and give it to the Director of Biosecurity. (2) The draft BIRA review report must set out: (a) the subject and findings of the review; and (b) the information and other material on which those findings are based; and (c) any recommendations resulting from the review. (3) The Director of Biosecurity may give the Inspector‑General comments on the draft BIRA review report or further information relating to the BIRA to which the report relates.
