12 Ship sanitation certification scheme

For section 255 of the Act, this Part prescribes a ship sanitation certification scheme for vessels other than the following: (a) non‑commercial vessels; (b) a vessel that is at a declared port in a part (the destination part) of Australian territory specified in column 2 of item 7, 8, 10 or 11 (the relevant item) of the table in section 5 of the Biosecurity (Movements between Parts of Australian Territory) Declaration 2016 after the vessel entered the destination part in the course of a voyage from a part of Australian territory specified in column 1 of the relevant item; (c) a vessel that is at a declared port in a part of Australian territory specified in column 1 of item 7, 8, 10 or 11 (the relevant item) of the table in section 5 of the Biosecurity (Movements between Parts of Australian Territory) Declaration 2016 and intends to move to a part of Australian territory specified in column 2 of the relevant item.
