sec.98 Restriction on external review
Other than as provided by section 95 , a person can not appeal, under any Act , against a decision of the chief executive mentioned in the section. A person can not appeal, under any Act , against a decision of the Minister made under this division. This section has no effect on the Judicial Review Act 1991 . s 98 amd 2020 No. 27 s 3 sch 1 (sec.98-ssec.1) Other than as provided by section 95 , a person can not appeal, under any Act , against a decision of the chief executive mentioned in the section. (sec.98-ssec.2) A person can not appeal, under any Act , against a decision of the Minister made under this division. (sec.98-ssec.3) This section has no effect on the Judicial Review Act 1991 .
