sec.95 Application for internal review
A person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice about a decision of the chief executive under section 14 to refuse an application for a collection authority, or to grant it on conditions, may apply for an internal review of the decision. Also, a person whose application for a collection authority the chief executive is taken, under section 19 , to have decided to refuse may apply for an internal review of the decision. s 95 amd 2020 No. 27 s 3 sch 1 (sec.95-ssec.1) A person who is given, or is entitled to be given, an information notice about a decision of the chief executive under section 14 to refuse an application for a collection authority, or to grant it on conditions, may apply for an internal review of the decision.
