sec.76 Failure to help inspector
A person required to give reasonable help under section 75 (3) (e) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. It is a reasonable excuse for the individual not to comply with the requirement that complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the individual.
