sec.55A Contravening prescribed minimum terms of a subsequent use agreement
A subsequent user who is a party to a subsequent use agreement must not contravene a prescribed minimum term of the agreement. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. s 55A ins 2017 No. 35 s 13
