sec.55 Contravening a condition of a benefit sharing agreement
A biodiscovery entity must not contravene a condition of a benefit sharing agreement imposed under section 35 (1) . Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. s 55 amd 2020 No. 27 s 3 sch 1
