sec.48 When compliance code and collection protocols have effect
The compliance code, or an amendment of it, has effect on and from— the day the notice about the code or amendment is published under section 47 ; or a later day stated in the notice. A collection protocol, or an amendment of it, has effect on and from— the day the notice about the protocol or amendment is published under section 47 ; or a later day stated in the notice. (sec.48-ssec.1) The compliance code, or an amendment of it, has effect on and from— the day the notice about the code or amendment is published under section 47 ; or a later day stated in the notice. (sec.48-ssec.2) A collection protocol, or an amendment of it, has effect on and from— the day the notice about the protocol or amendment is published under section 47 ; or a later day stated in the notice.
