sec.26 Replacement collection authority
The holder of a collection authority may apply to the chief executive for a replacement authority. The application must be— made in the approved form; and accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation. s 26 amd 2020 No. 27 s 3 sch 1 (sec.26-ssec.1) The holder of a collection authority may apply to the chief executive for a replacement authority.
