sec.118 Liability of State
The State is not legally liable for an act or omission merely because— a collection authority has been issued; or a benefit sharing agreement or subsequent use agreement has been entered into. s 118 amd 2017 No. 35 s 15
- (a) a collection authority has been issued; or
- (b) a benefit sharing agreement or subsequent use agreement has been entered into.
