sec.109 Appointments and authority
It is not necessary to prove the appointment of any of the following persons, or their authority to do anything under this Act— the Minister; the chief executive; an inspector. s 109 amd 2020 No. 27 s 25
- (a) the Minister;
- (b) the chief executive;
- (c) an inspector.
