sec.103 Review of decision by QCAT
A person who is given a QCAT information notice about a decision of the chief executive under section 21 may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of the decision. s 103 sub 2009 No. 24 s 355 amd 2020 No. 27 s 3 sch 1
