60 Definitions In this Part: commencement day means the day on which this Part commences. establishment day, see section 68(1). interim Council means the interim Council constituted under section 64. interim period means the period from the commencement day to the day before the establishment day. new Council means the Council constituted and established under Division 3. repealed, in relation to a specified provision of this Act, means the provision as in force immediately before the commencement day.
