47 Reports to be laid before Legislative Assembly The Minister must lay: (a) the report prepared under section 45(1); and (b) the financial statement and the report of the Auditor-General prepared under section 46; before the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days of the Assembly after the last of the reports is received by the Minister.
