45 Annual report (1) The Council must, at the end of each financial year, prepare a report on the operations of the Institute during the financial year and forward the report to the Minister. (2) The Council must forward the report: (a) within 6 months after the end of the financial year; or (b) within a longer period approved by the Minister. (3) The report must include details of: (a) the achievements and outcomes in relation to the mission and strategic direction of the Institute; and (b) the risk management within the Institute.
