44 Provision of financial information to Treasurer (1) The Treasurer may at any time request the Director to provide the Treasurer with the information that, in the opinion of the Treasurer, is necessary to enable him or her to accurately assess the financial affairs of the Institute, including details of: (a) financial investments in corporations, trusts and joint ventures; and (b) contingent liabilities; and (c) guarantees. (2) The Director must comply with the Treasurer's request.
