26B Validity of procedures and actions A procedure of an Institute entity, or a thing done by the entity, is not invalid solely because of: (a) a defect in any of the following: (i) the nomination for appointment or the appointment of a person as a member of the entity; (ii) the election of a person as a member of the entity or the declaration of the election; (iii) a delegation by or to the entity; (iv) the convening or conduct of a meeting of the entity; or (b) a vacancy in the membership of the entity; or
