24C Notice seeking expressions of interest for nomination as Board member (1) For an appointment to the Board under section 24B(1)(b), the Director must give public notice that the Minister is seeking expressions of interest from persons for the appointment. (2) The Director must publish the notice in one or more newspapers circulating throughout the Territory and in any other way the Director considers will give notice to persons who are eligible for appointment. (3) The notice must state: (a) the way, and the date by which, a person may make an expression of interest; and (b) the qualifications or expertise required for the appointment; and (c) the residential requirements for appointment; and (d) other information the Director considers appropriate.
