23 Other Council committees (1) The Council may establish the committees it thinks necessary for the Council to perform its functions and exercise its powers. (2) A Council committee consists of: (a) the Director or a person nominated by the Director; and (b) at least 2 other persons appointed by the Council, one of whom must be a member of the Council.
