20 Council program of induction and professional development (1) The Council must prepare, and give each of its members, a program of induction and professional development. (2) The program must include: (a) information about the duties and responsibilities of the members; and (b) provisions that will assist in increasing the expertise of the members in carrying out their duties. (3) The Council must review the program at intervals not exceeding 2 years and make appropriate amendments.
