9 Use of certain land at Lismore Road, Wollongbar

(1) This clause applies to land at 246–250 Lismore Road, Wollongbar being Lot 2, DP 527953 and identified as “Area K” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—

(a) a service station,

(b) a retail premises, but only if the gross floor area of the building or place does not exceed 100 square metres.
