(1) This clause applies to land at Camden Street, Camden Lane and Skinner Street, Ballina being Lot 33, DP 872966, Lot 3, DP 1079380, Lot 1, DP 1119099 and Lot 10, DP 1126929 and identified as “Area E” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2) Development for the purposes of coastal protection works is permitted with development consent.
