5A Continuation of effect on and after date of making of the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons—Syria and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction) Amendment (Continuation of Effect) Instrument 2020

(1) The designation, under paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of each person mentioned in items 1 to 40, 42 to 64, 67 to 79, 81 to 85, 87 to 91 and 93 to 95 of Part 1 of Schedule 1, as in force immediately before the date of making of the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons—Syria and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction) Amendment (Continuation of Effect) Instrument 2020, continues to have effect. (2) The declaration, under paragraph 6(1)(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of each person mentioned in items 1 to 40, 42 to 64, 67 to 79, 81 to 85, 87 to 91 and 93 to 95 of Part 1 of Schedule 1, as in force immediately before the date of making of the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons—Syria and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction) Amendment (Continuation of Effect) Instrument 2020, continues to have effect. (3) The designation, under paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of each entity mentioned in Part 2 of Schedule 1, as in force immediately before the date of making of the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons—Syria and Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction) Amendment (Continuation of Effect) Instrument 2020, continues to have effect.
