Part 1 – Preliminary

1  Name of Instrument

  This instrument is the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons – Afghanistan) List 2025.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under paragraphs 6(a) and 6(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.

Part 2 – Designation of persons and entities and declarations of persons

4  Designated persons and entities and declared persons

 (1)   For the purposes of paragraph 6(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, each person or entity mentioned in an item of a table in Schedule 1 is designated as a designated person or entity for Afghanistan.
