41Employees

#### 41 Employees (1) The Executive Director may, on behalf of the Commission, employ such persons as the Commission considers necessary for the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers. (2) The terms and conditions of employment of a person employed under subsection (1) are such as are determined by the Commission. (3) The Executive Director may arrange with an Agency Head (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999), or with a body established by an Act, for the services of officers or employees of that Agency or of that body to be made available to the Commission.
