23 Corporate plans

Each corporate plan prepared by the members of the Commission under section 35 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013: (a) must be submitted to the Minister for approval not less than 3 months, or such lesser period as the Minister, in special circumstances, allows, before the day of commencement of the period to which the corporate plan relates; and (b) must be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the Minister has approved the corporate plan; and (c) comes into force on: (i) the day on which it is approved by the Minister; or (ii) the day of commencement of the period to which it relates; whichever is the later.
