12Access to facilities by individuals and community groups

#### 12 Access to facilities by individuals and community groups The Commission shall, to the extent that it is practicable to do so having regard to the objects for which it was established and its functions, allow individuals and groups within the community to have access to, and to make use of, the resources, services and facilities of the Commission, whether or not for purposes related to sport.
